POST api/Setting/KH_GRHY/Point/Add

(跨平台接口)在一个独立的事务中，向某个会员增加一笔积分记录，重新核算该会员的积分余额，并核定该会员最新升迁后的等级代码并返回。本接口主要用于给与本系统共享会员体系的第三方使用。
