POST api/Setting/JQ_MPZL_TO_DZ/AddOrUpdate

添加或修改脱机验票分发关系设置。设置后，对应的票型在执行售票、退票、印制时会根据系统规则向分发阶列中置入数据，这些数据将同步到离线验票的设备上。
