POST api/CheckTicket/FaceInfo/Sync

（仅适用于FJC-694的人脸仪检票过程）自2023-06-05之后，切换了人脸仪，此接口实际上不再使用。 人脸仪空闲时（不处于检票过程），可以调用接口获取需要同步的，从其他闸机采集的人脸数据，每次总是获取一条，直至完成为止。需要判断返回值，返回值errcode=0表示成功。
